CANCELLATION FEES

We appreciate your business and kindly request that you adhere to our scheduling policy. Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding the importance of our time.

For pick-up locations outside of a 10-mile radius surrounding Drive Alert, a $20 fee will be added per lesson. The listed prices apply to cash/check payments; an additional service fee will be applied for Credit/Debit/ACH transactions.
